This is a game of Economic Competition in Early American Colonial Times. You compete against your neighbors, instead of attacking them, militarily. You'll Hire Pioneers, Build Cities, Develop Breakthroughs, Advance on the Progress Chart. But the most important thing is the cards- it's a card-driven boardgame. Your cards can help the regions you are developing, or they can harm your opponents' regions. We'll learn the rules for the first half hour.
